We are specialist cheesemongers based in Lincoln, about a 1000 yards downhill from Lincoln Cathedral. As well as having a very bright, smart cafe and cheese shop we offer an excellent on-line, secure, mailorder service for ease and convenience.

Order easily and securely on-line for next day delivery. Our minimum order is just £25.00. Cheeses are freshly hand cut and wrapped in waxed paper. We have a wide range of goats, ewes, buffalo and farmhouse cheddar cheese as well as good local specialities such as Lincolnshire Poacher and Cote Hill Blue. Whether you are looking for Gruyere for a cheese fondue, or cream cheese for a cheesecake, the perfect Parmesan to shave over pasta, we have a cheese for every occasion.

Cheese makes a unique and memorable gift at any time of the year. Our range of Gift Packs are for sale throughout the year. Cheese is much taster than flowers and makes a wonderfully original present for all occasions – Birthdays, Anniversaries, Christmas and Wedding Presents or simply to say thank you! A handwritten message card completes the selection to make the gift truly individual.

The majority of cheeses listed, British and Continental, are hand-made and unpasteurised, with bags of flavour and character. Britain in particular has seen a huge increase in the number of cheeses now made on a small scale, as farmers seek to diversify and find new ways to add value to their milk. We welcome calls and samples from cheesemakers new and old! You will find some traditional favourites and perhaps make some new discoveries.

Monthly Selection Box Containing a superb assortment of five cheeses, this pack is an excellent introduction to our range of cheeses at an exceptionally good price. Available for as many months as you wish or, as many of our customers have arranged, to be delivered every month throughout the year – either for them selves or a lucky recipient! The selection changes each month and you log onto the monthly selection for details.
